From Breakthrough to Tehillim
From Breakthrough to Tehillim
Choosing a business name is a thrilling part of every entrepreneur's story, each one carrying a meaning of its own.
Formerly known as Breakthrough Crafts and Prints, we transformed into Tehillim Printworks to capture our dedication to quality and creative inspiration.
In 2020, I encountered challenges both personally and in my former business that turned my world upside down. As the pandemic struck and businesses were shutting down, it was during this challenging time I began contemplating starting a new venture. This period provided an opportunity for me to learn a new skill—silkscreen printing. While for others, it was a time of closing doors, for me, it was the opening of new ones. With limited resources and just four hundred pesos, my sole investments were faith and determination.
During those times, the Lord gave me a word in Deuteronomy 11:18-20 about writing the Word of God on doorposts. In my prayers, I told God, "Lord, wala pa po akong bahay," so I decided to print on clothing, believing we are God's temple—a dwelling for His presence. Amid the pandemic, my purpose was to spread God's Word to motivate and uplift others in difficult times. This inspired me even more to pursue a silkscreen printing business.
I started by taking a chance, surrendering my four hundred pesos and my determination to the Lord, and for the first time, I printed on a shirt. I was amazed, knowing that on my own I might not succeed, but with the Lord Jesus' favor, I was surprised as customers began coming one after another. It started with shirts, then face masks, followed by tote bags and umbrellas. Each year brought more products and clients, expanding the scope of my services. This is the breakthrough story of my business, which inspired the name "Breakthrough Crafts and Prints." After experiencing breakings, I finally had my breakthrough.
Year 2025, we changed our business name from "Breakthrough Crafts and Prints" to "Tehillim Printworks" because we believe that the journey doesn't end with victory. After achieving a breakthrough, it's time to celebrate and praise the Lord. "Tehillim" means "praises" in Hebrew, and we strive for our business to reflect this sentiment by giving glory and highest praises to Lord Jesus Christ in every printworks. Our commitment is to elevate the quality of our products and services, making each piece a testament to His grace and excellence.
"Tehillim" embodies our core values and commitment to superior print services.
We are committed to using our platform to give back. A portion of our proceeds supports missions for evangelism-spreading God's Word to those who need it most and provide income to our employees who are supporting their families. By choosing our business, your support contributes to a cycle of giving that extends beyond transactions.
As the Apostle Paul wrote,
"This service that you perform is not only supplying the needs of the Lord’s people but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God."- 2 Corinthians 9:12
